MONTANA'S TOURISM FUNDING
This section provides general information about the "bed tax" and includes tables showing how Montana Promotion Division funds are spent, a breakdown of the tax revenue, the use of funds determined by the Montana Legislature, and Montana Promotion Division's projected FY07 budget.

LODGING FACILITY USE TAX LAW
This law specifies that approximately 25 percent of the Lodging Facility Use Tax proceeds that go to the Department of Commerce be returned on a pro-rated basis to six tourism regions and eleven qualifying cities for their promotion as travel destinations or movie filming locations.
